1st Team
Waterland’s first team played 6 years in Holland’s 2nd division and ended the last 3 years in the top 4. Season ’07/’08 Waterland became 2nd class champion and promoted to first division. Season ’08/’09 Waterland became 1st class champion but decided not to promote. Every Tuesday and Friday the first squad trains at 8.30pm. Holland’s ex internationals Willem van Eck and Bas den Uijl are leading the training sessions. Team managers Hans Spaan and Koos Veltman make sure that everything runs smoothly.
