IMPORTANT when completing membership application:
- A handwritten signature is required on this form which can be scanned and e-mailed, after completion, to: leden[at]rugbyclubwaterland.nl or sent through the post to us at Postbus 1042, 1440 BA, Purmerend
- After receipt of your form and registration fee you will have provisional membership for a period of five (5) weeks during which time you can cancel at any time at no extra cost.
- At six (6) weeks, and if no notification of cancellation has been received, your provisional membership will become permanent at which point the relevant full annual membership fee will be applicable.
